Coming Thursday, January 16^th, the Residential Sub-Type field will be expanding and Type of Dwelling will be deleted.

The new Residential Sub-Type options will be:

• Single Family Residence
• Condominium
• Townhouse
• Duplex
• Triplex
• Quadruplex
• Manufactured w/Land
• Mobile w/Land
• Ranch (a functioning Ranch not to be confused with Style)
• Farm
• Boat Slip
• Stock Cooperative
• Timeshare

You will also see a few fields changing to a new detail.  For Example, Mobile Home Triple, Mobile Home Single, and Manufactured Housing will all be moved to STRUCTURE.  Both Patio Home and Half Duplex will be moved to STYLE. These changes are being implemented to assure that we are meeting RESO standards as set by NAR.  This will make programming third party programs more cost-effective and easier for everyone in the MLS once all data is standardized.
