On October 22nd, a new field will be added to Residential Property type titled Property Attached Y/N.  This field will be used to differentiate Single Family homes that are Detached from those that are Attached such as Townhouses or Condominiums, etc.  On the 22nd for existing listings, Property Attached Y/N will be automatically populated as a Y or N based upon the data selected in the Property Sub-Type field.

For example, if Single Family is selected then the Property Attached field will be N. However, if the Sub-Type selected is Townhouse then Property Attached will be Y. You will not need to take any further action.
