New Listings for realMLS have increased by 10% from last month with 3,105 Active Listings. The 2,126 Closed Sales for the month indicate that homes are not staying on the market for very long.  The Median Sales Price increased by 25% compared to January of 2021 and the Price per Square Foot rose by 26%. All good signs for Sellers. 

The Spring season, typically a very active time for real estate is just around the corner and buyers will likely be out in full force.
