Honoring Women's History Month
This week, we recognize Amy Trujillo, realMLS Chief Administrative Officer. Amy is celebrating her 25th year at realMLS.
She began her journey with realMLS as an Administrative Assistant before transitioning into leadership roles; including Office Manager and our new Chief Administrative Officer.
Her passion is devotion to the realMLS staff and empowering them to develop their skills, which helps to ensure that our members receive the support they need to succeed in an ever-changing marketplace.
She was instrumental in the onboarding of our Membership System and is anxiously working on our new SSO dashboard.
She holds NAR’s CMLX1 designation and is concurrently working on her CMLX2 designation and Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) certification.
Outside of realMLS, Amy enjoys quality time with her family, as well as coaches and mentors female athletes across the country in the sport of baton twirling.
Additionally, she volunteers on multiple non-profit boards to advance visibility, increase membership, and guide business strategies for these organizations. She also serves as an advisor with the Jacksonville University athletic band.
