• Sign up for one of our monthly training webinars, Help your buyers and boost your business with new builds – NHS Pro. Register in your NewHomeSource Professional account under the RESOURCES/WEBINARS link.
• Customize your Showingnew Site so that your site is branded and professional when buyers visit your site.  Video 5 in our RESOURCES/TRAINING VIDEOS section will help with the customization of the site.
• Add existing buyer details to NHS Professional so that you are ready to email listing details or community information to the clients. Video 15 in our RESOURCES/TRAINING VIDEOS section will help with managing clients in NHS Professional.
• Start running searches to share listing details or community details with your clients.  Video 13 n our RESOURCES/TRAINING VIDEOS section will help you with sharing information from NHS Professional to your clients.
• Add the NHS Professional Search Widget to your own website so all your clients will know you are an agent who can assist them with looking at new construction homes.  Video 7 in our RESOURCES/TRAINING VIDEOS section will help with adding the widget to your own website.
• Start posting listings or communities to social media through NHS Professional. Video 14 in our RESOURCES/TRAINING VIDEOS section will help with posting to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest.  NOTE:  Please do not download or copy the photos from NHS Professional to create your own post, only post through NHS Professional.
