Setting up a Subscription in Flexmls allows new or updated listings from a search to be automatically emailed to your client.

How To Set Up A Subscription

To set up a Subscription for a client, start by creating a Search. When you’re ready to save, select a New or Existing Contact. Then, click Save and Add Subscription to display the Subscription Settings.

Here, you can modify your preferences for notifications. Also, you can set a schedule of how often automatic emails are sent and the email message received. We recommend using generic information in this message that is not subject to change, as clients will receive the same email Subject and Body each time. After the Subscription settings are reviewed, click Save.

To manage your existing Subscriptions, visit the main Menu and select Subscriptions.
