Reset Your Days on Market to Zero

Florida house with a counter in front reading "0"
Are you wanting to have your Continuous Days on Market (CDOM) reset to zero? After a listing has been in Expired status for 31 days or more, the property can be relisted and will automatically reset to zero Continuous Days on Market. On the 31st day, the property must be added as a new listing, generating a new MLS number.

You can save time in this process by copying your old listing.

Here are two scenarios that explain resetting your Continuous Days on Market in detail.

  • If the property is relisted under a new listing agreement DOM will reset to zero. However, Cumulative DOM will carry over from the previous listing.
  • If the property is relisted at least 31 days after the previous listing’s Expiration Date, DOM and Cumulative DOM will both reset to zero.
