New Housing Data! New Look!

realMLS’s Market Snapshot for May 2023 shows an increase in New Listings and Active Inventory, as well as a decrease in the Median Days on Market.

New Listings increased only 0.6% in May compared to May 2022, and 11.1% compared to the previous month. Active inventory increased by a large margin of 79% compared to the previous year and 4.5% compared to the previous month.
