realMLS’s Market Snapshot for July 2023 shows an increase in New Listings, Active Inventory and Median Days on Market for year over year data.

New listings increased 3.6 percent in July compared to July 2022, however decreased 1.3 percent compared to last month. Active Inventory increased by a large margin of 30.3 percent compared to the previous year and 7.7 percent compared to the previous month. Median Days on Market increased 37.5 percent compared to last year and 6.5 percent compared to last month.
