realMLS’s Market Snapshot for November 2023 shows a decrease in Closed Sales year over year but, Active Inventory and New Listings have increased.

New listings increased over 27% in November 2023 compared to November 2022 and decreased 12% compared to last month. Active Inventory increased by 23% compared to the previous year and 2.3% compared to the previous month.
