realMLS’s Market Snapshot for December 2023 shows a decrease in Closed Sales year over year but, Active Inventory and New Listings have increased.

New listings increased over 18% in December 2023 compared to December 2022 and decreased 11% compared to last month. Active Inventory increased by 23% compared to the previous year and 3.5% compared to the previous month.
