realMLS’s Market Snapshot for September 2024 shows that Closed Sales are down 10.6% year over year, but Active Inventory and New Listings are up 75.7% and 20.2% respectively.

New listings decreased 10.2% in August 2024, with a 3.2% increase in Active Inventory compared to August 2024. Days on Market increased year over year by 23.7%, and month over month by 2.2%.
