On November 12th, Flexmls will finalize updates, including changes to the Pool Features and Homestead:

The changes to Pool Features Include:

• A new Private Pool Y/N field will be added.
• Current “Private” selections under Pool Features will automatically convert to “Yes.”
• Additional pool features can only be selected if Private Pool Y/N is set to “Yes.”
• Listings with “Community” selected under Pool Features will move to Community Pool under Association Amenities.

Please review pool selections in your listings before November 12th to ensure a smooth transition to the new fields.

There will also be a change to Homestead. This option will move from Special Listing Conditions to a new Homestead Y/N field. No action is required, as existing data will automatically convert.

1. Water Body Access Y/N: Indicates whether there is access to a water body (Yes or No).
2. Water Body Access Type: Specifies the type of access, with the following options:
   • Association
   • City
   • Community (previously located under “Waterfront Community” in the Waterfront Features multi-select)
   • Navigable
   • Owned
   • Public Accessible Seasonal
   • Shared
