Listings are staying on the market longer these days. Increased time on the market brings an increase in listing agents emailing fellow agents directly to market their listings and share price changes. 

Overuse of this type of marketing to fellow agents may result in them “Opting-Out” of receiving emails from the sender. Opting-Out of these marketing emails could cause unintended negative consequences where timely business emails are no longer able to be sent and/or received. 

What’s an alternative? The Hot Sheet in Flexmls!

The Hot Sheet is where agents find new listings and price reductions (along with other changes) on their own. You can customize Hot Sheet settings with various filters that are important to your clients and then view listing updates on a daily basis.
