On May 31st, realMLS will add a robust resource to its member services thanks to a new partnership with Builders Update.

Builders Update is an easy-to-use search tool that collects and presents listing data for new homes, to-be-built homes, custom builders and condos.  All listings are time stamped so you know they are in real-time. 

The “New Home Spotlight” feature is a lead generation tool and allows agents to present themselves as a new home expert by providing a personalized and branded search tool for buyer prospects, including agent logo, picture, and contact information.
