realMLS is very excited to announce the launch of the Coast 2 Coast MLS Data Share. You now have access to all the listings in four MLSs, realMLS, St. Augustine and St. Johns County Board of Realtors, Space Coast Association of Realtors and Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors, right from your native Flexmls platform.
Now, when completing a quick search in Flexmls, all four participating MLS’s will automatically serve as the default data source.
With an additional 10K+ listings, the data share opens up many more options for your clients to find the home that is right for them.
This initiative does not entail a merger. However, it represents a collaborative endeavor to synchronize data fields with the RESO (Real Estate Standards Organization) Data Dictionary to enhance efficiencies for both members and technology partners.
As partners, we believe collaboration among MLSs will enhance the quality of our data. A broader, more accessible MLS database is beneficial to both brokers and consumers, as it empowers brokers as true local market experts.
