Just a reminder that there are two data changes occurring under the Property Types of Residential, Rental, Land, Commercial For Sale, and Commercial For Lease.

The two fields that are affected are Fence and Parcel Size.  The breakdown in the ranges of parcel size and fence height will eliminate confusion in crossover selections. For example, there were only 3 choices for fence height.  If your seller’s fence is exactly 6 feet, which category do you choose, 3-6′ or 6′-10′?  Now, the selections are more specific to better target the correct information. 

Fence will change in the Property Types of Residential, Land, Rentals, Commercial For Sale, and Commercial For Lease.  Parcel Size will only change in Residential, Land, and Rental.
