On Wednesday, September 21st, there will be several changes to the Flexmls system mostly focusing on cosmetics and functionality. You will, however, see a new selection under the Detail tab titled Search Comparables. Below are screenshots of the new features you can expect to see.
The Mapping Tool will be moving to a vertical column down the right side of the map instead of across the bottom of the screen.
Quick Search will be updating the background color to white and will now include a new button titled Add a Field. This will open a searchable window for you to include additional criteria to your search.
Also, changing in color scheme will be the color that highlights the selected listing from your List View. It will be changing from yellow to a much more pleasing blue.
The final enhancement coming Wednesday is the ability to Search Comparables directly from the Detail Screen. Clicking Search Comparables will automatically change your search to be within .25 miles of that same listing for which you were viewing Details and will include other items such as Bedrooms and Baths.
These changes align with Flex’s ongoing efforts to improve the functionality and ease of use of the MLS system.
