Two Changes Coming in Flexmls
Listing Documents Will Default to Public on July 5th.
Currently, when a document is added to a listing in Flexmls, the default for each document is set to “Private”.
Based on most documents being attached with the intent to share, on July 5th, the default will be set to “Public”.
It is very important you understand all documents uploaded to your listings beginning July 5th will be Public unless manually changed to Private when uploaded.
Changes to Requirements on New Construction Field in MLS
New Construction listings will now be required to enter more details on the status or type of construction for that listing. This will provide a much clearer picture of where the listing is in the building process and the availability of new homes.
Coming soon, when entering a listing and New Construction Y/N is answered Yes – the detail field titled ‘New Construction’ will require users to select only one of the available options as shown below.
