Dues Deadline is Approaching
If realMLS dues have already been paid, please disregard this reminder and Thank You for Your Membership!
Because we value our Participants and Licensee Subscribers, we want to ensure that you are aware of the clause within the realMLS Policy Manual regarding Nonpayment of Participation Dues by reminding you of the following:
If a Participant’s dues are paid but all Subscribers of the Participant are not paid by August 31st, the Participant and all Subscribers shall be terminated and all NEFMLS services will cease. This includes but is not limited to termination of access, deleting of listings from the computer, and all other services provided by MLS.
To avoid disruption of service, you can determine if you have an outstanding balance by following the instructions below.
Login to your portal here. For “Member ID” please use your MLS ID number. Enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number in the “4-Digit Password field”.
If you are a Broker and would like to check for licensees in your office with an unpaid balance, follow the steps above. Once logged in, select Office on the top navigation bar, then click My Members Account. You will automatically see a list of licensees in your office that have not paid their dues along with their Balance Due. If you have multiple offices, click the drop-down option next to the office name and select the next office.
