In office training has never been easier. If you have at least 15 attendees we will come to your office to give a class.
Become a Flexmls Pro (Intro)
If your brokerage has a lot of new agents or agents that would like a refresher then Flexmls Intro class is the answer. Once completed, students will be able to Add a Listing, Change a Listing, Search for Listings, have a good working knowledge of how to navigate Flexmls, and much more. For new agents, this class is recommended before taking any other class.
We encourage students to bring a laptop to class – Windows 7 or better, Mac OS 8 or better. Tablets and Phones are not recommended for this class. Class is estimated at 3 hours.
MMT Tax
Tax Class will guide the student on how to navigate through the tax database within Flexmls (which is integrated with Metro Market Trends). Learn how to leverage this powerful data for farming. Never be surprised at a listing appointment by FSBO comps. Get addresses for entire neighborhoods or as small as 1/8 of a mile radius around a property. We encourage students to bring a laptop to class – Windows 7 or better, Mac OS 8 or better. Tablets and Phones are not recommended for this class. Class is estimated at 2 hours.
Flexmls Pricing Tools You’ll Use (CMA)
This class will walk students through the CMA process in Flexmls, including how to find sold properties on the system and how to automatically bring all that information into a CMA for you and your clients. We encourage students to bring a laptop to class – Windows 7 or better, Mac OS 8 or better. Tablets and Phones are not recommended for this class. Class is estimated at 3 hours.
Connect To Your Customer with Flexmls (Contacts)
The Contacts class shows students how to Add Contacts, Email, Setup Subscriptions, Portals, how to Reverse Prospect, and much more. This class is a must for anyone who wants to take full advantage of Flexmls. We encourage students to bring a laptop to class – Windows 7 or better, Mac OS 8 or better. Tablets and Phones are not recommended for this class. Class is estimated at 3 hours.
Flexmls Tips and Tricks
This is a great class for new and experienced agents. Here we will show lots of things most agents do not know Flexmls can do! Students will be sure to walk away with something that will help them save time. We encourage students to bring a laptop to class – Windows 7 or better, Mac OS 8 or better.
