MyCondoPlans, wouldn’t it be great if you could access condo floor plans while searching in the MLS? What if you were able to see not only the layout of a particular unit, but also where it’s located in the building and the views that the condo has? Well, all of that is available to realMLS members through MyCondoPlans.
MyCondoPlans is the single most extensive database for condo floor plans, key plans, and site plans in Florida. It provides instantaneous condo valuations, using real time market data and condo attributes.
MyCondoPlans is automatically integrated with listings in the MLS system and is accessible under the APPLICATIONS menu in the Flexmls dashboard.
With MyCondoPlans, you can find condos that fit your client’s needs and search by using the specific criteria that is important to them. You can search by County, City/Area, Condo Complex Name, and Address. Other criteria include Property Type, For Sale or Rent, Status (active, pending, etc.) as well as List Price, Valuated Price, Size and Number of Bedrooms.
Once you enter your criteria and obtain your search results, you can select an individual unit and you’ll have access to Building Information, Related Documents (as available), Recent Sales, Market Information, Graphs, and the Average Time it takes to Close over the last 12 months for that area. These features also help with your listing presentations to prospective sellers in case you’re not familiar with sales activity in their community.
You also have the ability to download the floorplans as well as the unit Detail report. There’s so much information available for you and your clients to help them make informed decisions in an easy-to-use platform.
