A powerful tool that allows your clients to search in Flexmls based on criteria that is important to them, along with the ability to review agent-provided saved searches. You can see their recent search criteria, likes and dislikes, and gain better insight into their interests. With this knowledge, you can use this tool to your best advantage. Great as a refresher for industry veterans or for new agents.
