MMT Has a NEW Map-Based Search
Metro Market Trends is developing a new map-based property search tool that will integrate listings from the realMLS system. This new search will also include points of interest such as shopping, restaurants, medical and more. It will include important map layers such as Opportunity Zones, Parcel Dimensions, and Flood Zones. You can access this new feature direct from the MMT Tax search menu under Miscellaneous – MyMMT (BETA).
To help get you started there are two search options:
- The first can be found in the Upper Right corner of the screen – P/S/L/C. These are quick searches that automatically display matching properties within the map you currently have on your screen. For example, if you click on S-this will automatically display recent Solds on the map or if you click L- that will place Active, Pending, Sold listings from the realMLS system on the map.
- In the upper left corner of the screen you will see a Menu Symbol (the three lines) to complete a more detailed search with additional criteria. Plus, that is where all the map layers will be available for use.
