Due to the concern regarding COVID-19 we are TEMPORARILY turning off the Open House feature in realMLS.  Florida’s Surgeon General and Florida Realtors have published several articles regarding potential health and safety concerns for REALTORS, Sellers and Prospects.

 

We understand that open houses are popular tools for Realtors to sell real estate however, the Surgeon General has conveyed very serious concerns about Realtors continuing to hold in person open houses and feels there is a risk of spreading the corona virus from asymptomatic individuals to others. He asked that we work to do everything possible to help stop the spread of this horrible disease. 

 

Our vendor is working to provide a Virtual option for open houses and we will let you know as soon as it is available.

 

To this end we are asking your support while we temporarily disable this function.
