What is the realLeader Program?
realMLS strives to engage new volunteer leaders and committee members to support our vision. The realLeader Program is an effort to identify realMLS customers who are interested in realMLS leadership and committee opportunities.
The realLeader Program is an introduction to the MLS and opens the door for those of you looking to become more involved in committees, task forces, and even the Board of Directors. The program offers a two hour session for an introduction to the world of MLS. In this class you will learn the vision and goals areas of realMLS, realMLS governance, structure and BOD requirements and much more!
Involved in the NEFAR Leadership Academy? This session fulfills the NEFAR L.A. Passport stamp for engaging realMLS.
