realMLS’s Market Snapshot for April 2024 shows that Closed Sales are down year over year, but Active Inventory and New Listings are up 68.2% and 54.6% respectively.

New listings increased 4.7% in March 2024, with a 6.5% increase in Active Inventory compared to March 2024. Days on Market decreased year over year by 7.9%, but increased month over month by 6.1%.
