realMLS’s Market Snapshot for August 2024 shows that Closed Sales are down 9.4% year over year, but Active Inventory and New Listings are up 88% and 29.2% respectively.

New listings decreased 6.4% in July 2024, with a 3.1% increase in Active Inventory compared to July 2024. Days on Market increased year over year by 42.9%, and month over month by 22%.
