Annual realMLS customer fees must be paid by June 30. Outstanding accounts will be suspended and will incur a reinstatement fee and subsequent late fees. To pay your customer fees:
- Visit the realMLS Member Portal.
- Enter your Member Number and the last four digits of your social security number.
- On the right, click View and Pay.
- Click Pay and follow the prompts to complete your payment.
