realMLS’s Market Snapshot for July 2024 shows that Closed Sales are down 0.6% year over year, but Active Inventory and New Listings are up 100.1% and 42.3% respectively.

New listings increased 5.1% in June 2024, with a 10.6% increase in Active Inventory compared to June 2024. Days on Market increased year over year by 25.7%, and month over month by 15.8%.
