realMLS’s Market Snapshot for June 2023 shows an increase in New Listings, Active Inventory and Median Days on Market.

New listings increased 8.6 percent in June compared to June 2022, and 16.5 percent compared to last month. Active Inventory increased by a large margin of 57.6 percent compared to the previous year and 16.4 percent compared to the previous month.
