realMLS’s Market Snapshot for June 2024 shows that Closed Sales are down year over year, but Active Inventory and New Listings are up 94.3% and 24.5% respectively.

New listings decreased 2.9% in May 2024, with a 15.3% increase in Active Inventory compared to May 2024. Days on Market increased year over year by 27.3%, and month over month by 31.3%.
