The frantic pace of the housing market continues throughout the U.S. as buyers are making multiple offers, several for well over the asking price, and others are purchasing sight unseen. 

Both New Listings and Closed Sales increased in the month of June.  New Listings increased by 10% as compared to this time last year and Closed Sales increased 8% year-over-year. The Price per square foot has increased along with the Median Sales Price while monthly inventory also had a slight increase.
