New housing data issued by realMLS for March 2023 shows an increase in New Listings, Active Inventory and Median Days on Market.

New Listings increased 23.3 percent in March compared to March 2022, and 32 percent compared to the previous month. Active inventory increased by a large margin of 164.4 percent compared to the previous year and 6.4 percent compared to the previous month.
