This month, the Northeast Florida Real Estate Market continues to be on the uptick.  The Median Sales Price increased more than 12% compared to March of 2020. New listings are up from last month and closed sales have also increased.  

Although mortgage rates have risen slightly, buyer demand continues to be unabated.
