realMLS’s Market Snapshot for November 2024 shows that Closed Sales are down 3.6% year over year, but Active Inventory and New Listings are up 67.9% and 31.8 respectively.

New listings decreased 4.8% in October 2024, with a 7.2% increase in Active Inventory compared to October 2024. Days on Market increased year over year by 22.7%, and month over month by 12.5%.
