realMLS’s Market Snapshot for September 2023 shows an increase in Closed Sales, Active Inventory and Median Days on Market for year over year data.

New listings increased 29% in September 2023 compared to September 2022 and decreased 4.5% compared to last month. Active Inventory increased by 26.3% compared to the previous year and 5.6% compared to the previous month. Median Days on Market also had an increase of 8.6% year over year and 11.8% from August.
