This month, the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) recognizes Women in Real Estate in conjunction with Women’s History Month.  Let’s start by recognizing our very own leader, Nicole Jensen, CEO of realMLS and Metro Market Trends (MMT).

Nicole came to realMLS a little over 1 ½ years ago.  Her previous service to the MLS industry includes, VP of Business Technology for the MIBOR REALTOR® Association in Indianapolis, CEO of the Palm Springs Regional Association of REALTORS® & MLS and the Executive Vice President of the REALTORS® Association of Lincoln and Midlands MLS in Nebraska. Overall, she has 29 years of experience in the real estate industry having begun her real estate career as a licensee and agent support staff member.

She holds NAR’s REALTOR® Association Certified Executive (RCE) and At Home With Diversity (AHWD) certifications along with the CMLX1 & CMLX2 designations and has completed the CMLX3-Leadership Academy.

In addition to her CEO role, she is currently serving 3-year terms on the NAR Membership & Jurisdiction Committee and the Council of MLS (CMLS) Board of Directors.

Nicole is dedicated to enhancing the MLS community and has added many new and exciting products and services to realMLS.  We look forward to seeing what other innovative ideas, tools and resources she will bring to realMLS to advance a healthy marketplace.
